You insure your accommodation for the year up to €50,000 for all your rental risks.

No, we intervene at the first euro. Only in the case of disputes involving very large sums or of a non-accidental and voluntary nature will we be obliged to return to the tenant.

Our loss of income is limited to 15 consecutive days.

Regarding this loss of income, can I be reimbursed, regardless of the platform I used to rent out my property?

No, this product is exclusive to Gîtes de France. If the booking, which is the subject of the loss of rent, has been booked on another platform, there will be no compensation.

Do you cover loss of income following a natural disaster?

If a stay is cancelled due to a non-rental risk (not related to a Gîtes de France rental), we will not be able to intervene.

What else do you need to know about loss of income?

The last important point is that loss of income has a 30-day waiting period between each claim. In other words, an accommodation cannot claim 2 losses of income within one month.

Yes, thanks to Gîtes de France, all rooms are covered.

Meetch Cover is much more than just a homeowner's liability coverage.

This covers the tenant's Civil Liability for the owner's property, as well as the owner's loss of income following a claim for damage to the property, and pest protection. We cover the cost of pest treatment and disinfection.

The Meetch Cover has nothing to do with the deposit. If you'd like to request one, that's no problem for us.

Our program is subject to a €30 deductible.

There is a 30-day waiting period on enrolment. If your accommodation is covered from January 3, you can declare a claim from February 3.

Our "Cleaning costs" guarantee covers cleaning costs in addition to standard cleaning, based on supporting documents (purchase of a new comforter cover, dry-cleaning estimate).

You can report your problem to us and request reimbursement within 15 days of the departure date of the tenant who caused the damage.

We cover treatment costs (invoice from a disinfection company) and any accommodation costs incurred by the owner in rehousing tenants, up to an annual limit of €10,000.

We do not cover the cost of detection.
