These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the meetch.io website.
They apply to browsing the website and to the online features made available by Meetch. They do not replace the terms, notices or contractual documents governing a specific insurance policy, claim or partner service.
By using the website, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Article 1: Purpose and scope
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set out the rules governing access to and use of meetch.io, including its public pages, forms, resources and links to Meetch services.
Specific services, insurance subscriptions, claim journeys, partner portals or technical environments may be subject to additional contractual terms. In the event of inconsistency, the specific terms applicable to the relevant service prevail for that service.
Article 2: Website operator
The website is operated by PHENOMEN, under the commercial brand Meetch, with its registered office at 141 avenue de Wagram, 75017 Paris, France.
Corporate and regulatory information is available in the Legal Notices.
Article 3: Access to the website
The website is accessible free of charge, excluding the cost of the user’s internet connection, equipment and telecommunications services.
PHENOMEN may suspend, restrict, modify or discontinue all or part of the website where necessary for maintenance, security, technical changes, legal compliance or the evolution of its services. Continuous and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Article 4: User responsibilities
Users agree to use the website lawfully and in accordance with its intended purpose. In particular, users must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts, servers, databases or connected systems;
- interfere with security, authentication, availability or integrity mechanisms;
- introduce malicious code, run automated attacks or submit content designed to damage or disrupt the service;
- use the website to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive or rights-infringing material;
- extract, scrape or reuse substantial parts of the website in a manner prohibited by law or by applicable rights;
- impersonate another person or provide information they are not authorised to provide.
A user acting on behalf of another person or organisation is responsible for holding the authority required to do so.
Article 5: Information and insurance content
The website provides general information about Meetch and its services. Descriptions of insurance solutions, examples, guarantees, reimbursement journeys, timeframes or benefits are provided for information only and may vary according to the partner, the product, the policy wording, eligibility criteria and contractual conditions.
Nothing on the public website constitutes a guarantee of coverage or reimbursement. The policy wording, information documents, subscription journey and other documents applicable to the relevant insurance contract determine the rights and obligations of the parties.
Article 6: Forms, accounts and information submitted
Where the website or a linked Meetch service allows a user to submit a form, such as a demo request, to request contact, to log in, to access an account or to provide claim-related information, the user must provide accurate and reasonably complete information.
Users are responsible for keeping their credentials and access codes confidential and for notifying Meetch at contact@meetch.io if they believe an account or credential has been compromised.
Article 7: Intellectual property
The website and its protected content may not be reproduced, adapted, distributed or exploited beyond what is permitted by law or expressly authorised by the relevant rights holder. More details are given in the Legal Notices.
Using the website does not transfer any intellectual property right to the user. The Meetch name, visual identity and associated brand assets may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or authorisation without permission.
Article 8: External services and links
The website may link to partner platforms, technical documentation, claim environments, social networks or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. PHENOMEN is not responsible for third-party content or services outside its control.
Article 9: Liability
PHENOMEN uses reasonable care in operating the website but does not warrant that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, browser or configuration.
To the extent permitted by law, PHENOMEN is not liable for damage resulting solely from misuse of the website, a user’s equipment or connection, third-party services, or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Article 10: Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described on the Cookie Management page. These documents are the reference for those topics and are not repeated in these Terms.
Article 11: Reporting a problem and complaints
Technical or website-related issues can be reported to contact@meetch.io.
Insurance complaints should be sent through the complaints channel specified in the applicable insurance documentation or, where appropriate, to reclamation@meetch.io.
Article 12: Changes to these Terms
PHENOMEN may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, its services, technology or applicable law. The version published online applies to the use of the website from its publication date.
Article 13: Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory protections or jurisdiction rules that apply to the user under applicable law.
